This week at the PRC Newtown Square Farmers' Market, treat yourself with a Trish's Treat.

The PRC Farmers' Market runs every Wednesday through October, and this week, you can find delicious baked goods by Trish's Treats.

Before you head out to the farmers market, read a little bit about this baking duo.

Name: Sandra Hartman, of Manayunk and Trish Fulvio, of Ardmore

Business: Trish's Treats

Business Location: The women bake out of Springfield but mostly fill orders online.

How did you get started:
Fulvio started baking when she was just 11 years old and although she took a different career path, she always came back to baking. She made it official and asked Hartman, who she met in college, to join in the baking adventure. Hartman, who has a career as a stage actress and singer, also has a passion for desserts and couldn't resist the idea.

How long have you been selling at the farmers market:
This is our first year at PRC.

What's in Season:
The pies are seasonal and currently peach, blueberry and apple are in season. But our gourmet, homemade cookies are year around.

Most Popular Item:
The artisan cookies, they are homemade and we use all-natural ingredients.

Why Bring Your Goods to the Farmers Market:
It's a good place to showcase and promote our online business.

Best Part of Farmers Market:
All of the vendors are really nice. There's a great selection of items.
