Artmore Gift Fair

Ardmore, PA, November24th, 2012 – The Indigenous Pitch Dance Collective is pleased to announce the debut of the Artmore Gift Fair, on Saturday, November 24, 2012. Featuring homemade and artisanal gifts from more than two dozen area craftspeople, Artmore is an exciting opportunity to support local artists while also getting a jump on holiday shopping.

"There's nothing quite like giving handmade gifts to your family and friends," says co-founder Chelsea Simon. "But not everyone has the time, space or skills to make handicrafts at home. We launched Artmore to connect local artists with the area's more thoughtful gift-givers who are tired of shopping at the mall."

Starting at 10 a.m., visitors will find vendors selling a wide variety of goods and gifts, from aprons to greetings cards to accessories, plus a selection of gourmet food prepared by local chefs. More vendors are being added every day. proceeds Some proceeds will support Indigenous Pitch Dance Collective, Inc. The gift fair will be held rain or shine indoors, and it closes at 5 p.m. This is a family friendly event including a number of activities for children.

"This Thanksgiving weekend," adds Ms. Simon, "don't fight the crowds on Black Friday. Instead, spend Saturday at the Artmore Gift Fair, where you'll find unique and unusual gifts that will be cherished for years to come."

For more information, including vendor opportunities, contact Chelsea Simon at artmorefair@gmail.com.
