County Rabies Clinics Begin Next Week

Three-year rabies shots are available for cats, dogs and ferrets.

Montgomery County Health Department will hold rabies immunization clinics around the county beginning next week.

Three-year rabies shots are available for cats, dogs and ferrets, and cost $10 each. All animals must be on a leash or in an approved carrier.

Rabies vaccines will be available from 9 to 11 a.m. June 7 at the Abington Recycling Center, 2201 Florey Lane, Glenside; 9 to 11 a.m. June 14 at Collegeville Community Park, Park Avenue and West 4th Avenue, Collegeville; 9 to 11 a.m. June 21 at Encore Experiences, 312 Alumni Ave., Harleysville; and from 9 to 11 a.m. June 28 at Padden Park, Burnside Avenue and Oakland Drive in Norristown.
