The Grill of it all.

The 4th of July is coming up so I thought some grilling tips were in order.
Make your burgers about 30% thinner than you want them and slightly concave  before you put them on the grill so they don't turn into meatballs. They will shrink up on the grill to the right thickness. NEVER, EVER press down on your burgers when grilling. You press out all the juiciness and hurt my heart. The grill marks will still happen. Don't worry, be happy.
