Come join us for a mat class in Hatha Yoga that is challenging, but adjustable to your own ability. All ages and levels are welcome as we work on balance, muscle strength and posture through yoga principles. The Lower Merion community is encouraged to participate. Some of the funds collected are donated to charities in the Philadelphia Area.
