The Danzi Family's project Bears for Smiles is now underway. 2012 will mark Bears for Smiles 4th year donating Build a Bears to The Children"s Hospital of Philadelphia. Bears are distributed primarily to children on the Oncology floor, with overflow being distributed to cardiac, NICU, ER and several other floors. Any donations are greatly appreciated and will be accepted thru December 16th. *Please note that all donations must be brand new with all tags attached due to the compromised immune systems of the receiving children. More About Build-A-Bear Workshop
More than just bears, Build-A-Bear at the Springfield Mall will help you create your own cuddly Monkey, Cat, Dog or Bunny. Your personal Bear Counselor will help you pick out an animal and then fill it up with stuffing from the huge transparent fluff machine. Then customers can accessorize the stuffed animal with dozens of item choices and outfits such as Police Officer, Rock and Roller, Superhero, Military and Pro Athlete. Build-A-Bear is a fun family place and also perfect for birthday parties.
