Main Line Real Estate soared in August 2012, according to the Prudential Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report. The median sales price for homes was $415,000, compared to $466,250 in August 2011.
On the Main Line, 305 homes were sold in August, an increase from 256 during the same time last year. Overall, Radnor saw the highest median sale price on the Main Line at $565,500, while Lower Merion saw the highest number of homes sold.
