What Should Replace Riggins in Wynnewood?
The lot at Lancaster Ave. and Wynnewood Rd. has been vacant since late 2011.
What business would you like to see move into this vacant gas and service station on Lancaster Avenue?
The old Riggins gas station and auto repair shop, located at the intersection of E. Lancaster Ave. and Wynnewood Road, has been vacant since its last tenant went out of business in late 2011.
A sign on the lot asks potential tenants to call 610-595-0100.
What type of business would you like to see in the Riggins spot? Tell us in the comments.

Maybe GIANT would like to put in one of their gas stations now that they're in the neighborhood.

I bet Cumberland Farms will move across the street and take over the property, since their current location is going to be demolished in a few years to make way for the new, expanded Whole Foods.

How about something GREEN to balance all the commercial blight on Lancaster? Just a dream, of course!

Susan, there's not enough green in Kermit to balance all that.

How about a good bookstore? We haven't got one closer than Chemical Road!

Swiss Farm drive thru.... But it will be cash for gold or a nail salon the way it's been around LM.... Or Cumberland obviously. SBA loan 504, look it up.

A gas station/convenience store to compete with the Sunoco. Otherwise our costs will go through the roof when Cumberland Farms closes.
