Check out the most expensive homes sold in the Ardmore Patch area last year.

Ten homes in Ardmore, Merion, Wynnewood and the Haverford section of Lower Merion Township sold for between $984,500 and $3.3 million in 2011.

They are:

3.  525 S. Sydbury Lane, Wynnewood, $1,725,000 (May)

4.  209 Booth Lane, Haverford, $1,425,000 (January)

5.  260 Beech Hill Road, Wynnewood, $1,385,000 (June)

6.  (tie) 223 Hamilton Road, Merion Station, $1,275,000 (June)

6.  (tie) 145 Booth Lane, Haverford, $1,275,000 (December)

8.  697 Hazelhurst Avenue, Merion Station, $1,250,000 (March)

9.  1243 Grenox Road, Wynnewood, $997,500 (September)

10. 4426 Owen Road, Wynnewood, $984,500 (July)

Are you talking about the one on Raynham Road? There hasn't been on that has sold on Latches over 1 million in the last 6 months.

The one that is now demolished on Raynham and Latches - It actually faced Latches but the driveway was on Raynham. I heard it sold for 3.5 million.
