Thefts at Haverford College, Police Say

Haverford Township Police Department reported several thefts from the college in recent weeks.

 

Several thefts from unlocked dorm rooms were reported on the Haverford College campus in recent weeks, according to a release from the Haverford Township Police Department. Police responded to the following incidents, the release states:

Burglary at Haverford College (300 block of Lancaster Avenue) on August 29 9:45 a.m. - entry was made through an unlocked dorm room and a laptop and iPod were stolen.

Burglary at Haverford College (300 block of W. Lancaster Avenue) on August 31 at 11 a.m. - Victim reported that her unlocked dorm room was entered when she was sleeping and her laptop was stolen.

Burglary at Haverford College (300 block of W. Lancaster Avenue) on September 3 at 6:30 p.m. - computer was stolen from the victim's dorm room.
