Snow/Sleet Expected Overnight
A gloomy week isn't getting any brighter just yet.
It’s expected to rain late tonight and then turn to sleet with a mixture of snow and sleet overnight, according to the National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service gives the probability of precipitation overnight at 100 percent. The overnight low is expected to be hovering around the freezing mark.
Snow and sleet are expected to continue through Wednesday morning, according the National Weather Service, with most of it stopping by 10 a.m.
NBC 10 Philadelphia’s “Hurricane” Glenn Schwartz says the temperatures are warm enough and the precipitation is light enough that it should melt.
