Pre-Passover Shabbat Dinner At Citron and Rose Friday
There are still spots available for the prix fixe event.
Michael Solomonov's Citron and Rose will offer a special pre-Passover Shabbat dinner Friday evening, the kosher restaurant's website announces. The three-course menu costs $65 per person and includes an appetizer, main plate and dessert.
Passover begins Monday evening, March 25, and ends the evening of Tuesday, April 2.
The offerings at Friday's dinner include:
- Skuna Bay salmon with everything crust, roasted eggplant and cucumber relish
- Poached chicken salad with haricots verts, dried cherries, smoked almonds and tarragon-dijon vinaigrette
- Braised lamb shank with celery root-apple puree and haricots verts
