Are you into treadmills and weights or pilates and yoga? Boxing?
The Ardmore-Merion-Wynnewood Patch wants to know where the best workout spots are. Do you favor traditional workouts with treadmills and weight rooms, or are you more of a pilates and/or yoga person? How about boxing?

You'll get the best workout and bang for your buck at Platoon Fitness in Bryn Mawr. They have the best trainers and the best equipment (which is powered by your own body weight). Thirty minutes of personal training once or twice a week can go a long way and if you bring a buddy, it's half the price. I'm just a client.

Gradel Fitness - I've worked out with Chris Gradel who's been training on the main line for over six years. I lost 25 pounds working out with him, reversed my diabetes and of course all the vanity perks that come along with being fit. His sessions are an hour and what I like about them is that we're always changing up our routine to make it fun and different. His knowledge is beyond measure and he always puts safety first. I would seriously check out this place if you want a good workout - www.gradelfitness.com He trains out of a facility in West Conshohocken and even better is an Ardmore resident!
