Moms Eat Local: Main Line Baking Co.

Find out how kid-friendly Main Line Baking Co. is

Moms know how tough it can be to eat out with little ones. Patch wants to help you know before you walk in the door if Main Line Baking Co. is a good place to eat with your children.

Restaurant: Main Line Baking Co.

Is there a kids’ menu? Not officially, but you can't get more kid-friendly than baked goods.

Are there healthy options on the kids’ meal? Yes, the carrot raisin muffin or pumpkin muffin is an ideal portion controlled breakfast item or snack. All of the items are made without butter or cream which also makes them a healthier alternative to traditional desserts.

How does the restaurant deal with food allergies? Every item is gluten- and dairy-free which makes this bakery a paradise for parents who have trouble finding delicious baked goods for their children who are gluten or lactose intolerant. For other allergies, simply ask the staff and they are very knowledgeable about what goes into each item.

Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed? Babies and kids are more then welcome here.

I use "123 Get Samples" to find free samples of major brands online. Please note they update their samples every day but I just pick what ever available at that time and use them.

I love this great local bakery! I can't eat gluten or dairy so it is the perfect place for me to pick up treats. Their corn muffins are amazing and I love the oatmeal raisin cookies and the poundcake.
