Jules Thin Crust Pizza Expands To Ardmore

The company, which offers gluten-free pizza as an option, hopes to open its Ardmore location in spring.

With organic, locally-sourced ingredients and gluten-free options, an upcoming addition to the Ardmore food scene should please a lot of picky pizza eaters. Jules Thin Crust Pizza will be opening a new location in Ardmore this spring, said Taras Gavat, assistant manager at Jules Thin Crust in Wayne.

"Based on our customers and the type of food we have here at Jules, we thought [the new location] would be a right fit for Ardmore and the community there," Gavat said in a phone call Thursday.

Jules will be moving into 149 W Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore West Shopping Center, the former home of Ritz Camera, which closed in fall. Renovations are already underway, and the company expects to open the new restaurant on April 2.

Jules Thin Crust, which focuses on "stunningly fresh, organic and local" ingredients, offers about 30 different pizzas—all of which can be made with gluten-free pizza dough—along with salads and soups. View the full menu.

The pizza shop offers dine-in seating as well as take-out.  The Ardmore store will not offer delivery, Gavat said, but will have "fly-by" service, where customers can park in Ardmore West and have an employee bring their order to them.

A management staff has been selected, but Jules is currently hiring employees to work the counter and cash register, Gavat said. Those interested can contact Gavat or the general manager in Wayne, Adam Daitz, at 484-580-8003.

You will never top Marrone's pizza. No one ever will.

You can get toppings at Marrone's. (Sorry. I had to.)

To more accurately describe Marrone's, it is the paradigm pizza. Double cheese, pepperoni, well done. None better!
