Judges Make a Move in Montgomery County

The county reorganized its Court of Common Pleas judges.

 

It's time to pack it up and move. Judges in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas were realigned to allow for the judges to hear a wider variety of cases.

According to an article in the Pottstown Mercury, the judges make the change every three years.

"A spokeswoman for President Judge William J. Furber Jr. said that it is a normal sequence of events for the judges to rotate roles," said the article.

The article says the changes are done "in an effort to broaden the scope of the law each hears in various arms of the court."

The new appointments are as follows:

Family Court Judges

  • Rhonda Lee Daniele
  • Emanuel A. Bertin
  • Garrett D. Page
  • Kelly C. Wall
  • Patricia E. Coonahan
  • Cheryl L. Austin

Criminal Court Judges

  • Joseph A. Smyth
  • William R. Carpenter
  • Steven T. O'Neill
  • Carolyn T. Carluccio
  • Gary S. Silow
  • Wendy Demchick-Alloy
  • William J. Furber

Civil Court Judges

  • Bernard A. Moore
  • Thomas M. DelRicci
  • Arthur R. Tilson
  • Thomas C. Branca
  • Thomas P. Rogers
  • Richard P. Haaz

Juvenile Offenders (County Youth Center)

  • R. Stephen Barrett

Judge Thomas M. Del Ricci, loves making deals behind close door, then he walks the court house with a fake smile. He should be put behind bars for being a phoney.
Of course then he has to compete with Judge Steven T. O'Neill who puts on a show in "His" drug court. This guy is just looking for a TV show he is so in love with himself. No body has the guts to tell him they are all laughing at him behind his back, staff included.

Its time we put these criminal bums in prison for life and take their ill gotten money and give it back to the community .... including their pensions. Criminal public corruption is in epic proportions in this county.and throughout this country. In our own family we have blatant felons detective and policeman including the senior county judge on the take committing felony crimes. They laugh at being above the law to the community.

I agree with you , from a family of a felon criminal cop and detective, we have the senior judge on the take to commit any felony we need. The judicial and law enforcement officials system here are run by felons.

The buckscounty district attorney (David heckler) trained all the Da's office for 7 years ...... Your screwed just like everyone in Pennslyvanna . Good luck !!!!
