Home Burglaries Probed in Ardmore, Merion Station

Two separate reported home burglaries were reported in the Ardmore-Merion Station area.

 

Playstation 3 Stolen From Sutton Road Home

A home in the 100 block of Sutton Road in Ardmore was burglarized on Feb. 26 between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Police say the victim returned home to discover a first-floor window open and a Playstation 3 valued at $300 missing.

Stained Glass Windows, Chandeliers Stolen From Merion Station Home

Stained glass windows valued at $20,000 and three chandeliers were reported stolen from a home in the 600 block of South Highland Avenue in Merion Station, according to police. The rear door of the home appeared forced open; the homeowner believes the theft took place between Feb. 24 and 26.
