Throughout Northwest Philadelphia and suburbs, Patch polled readers to find the best wings for our towns and neighborhoods. After five days of voting, the winners have come in.
Among placed in Wynnewood, Merion and Ardmore, McCloskey's Tavern on Cricket was again a winner (though Sam's Grill in Wynnwood made a good run and was a strong second). The tap room and restaurant was also voted Best Bar in our Patch, back in early December.
"McCloskey's has the hottest wings ever," wrote reader Mary Fran Connelly. "Very meaty. Great service always. ... Oh man, now I'm hungry!"
