Penn Valley Temple to Hold Arlen Specter Funeral Tuesday; Biden to Attend
Specter, the former U.S. senator, died Sunday at 82.
A funeral for former U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter (D-PA) will be held at noon Tuesday at Har Zion Temple in Penn Valley.
The service is open to the public; cameras and recording devices are prohibited. Specter will then be buried in a Huntingdon Valley cemetery.
Among those expected to attend the funeral is Vice President Joe Biden, USA Today reported.

Specter, 82, died Sunday at his home in Philadelphia's East Falls neighborhood.
Gov. Tom Corbett has ordered all flags in Pennsylvania to fly at half-staff until sundown Tuesday, in memory of Specter.
