$40,000 In Jewelry Stolen in Merion Burglary

The burglary was reported on Friday, police said.

 

Approximately $40,000 in jewelry was stolen from a home on the 300 block of Meeting House Lane in Merion Station on Sept. 14, according to Lower Merion police. 

The break-in occured between 10:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. while the residents were away, police said. The burglar or burglars appear to have forced open the home's front door, according to the report.
