ARDMORE, PA – September 18 2012 – World Wide Stereo (www.wwstereo.com), one of the nation’s leading independent retailers of consumer electronics, home automation and custom installation services has expanded its Client Services division with the hire of two new employees.

Rob Marcoccia  will join the World Wide Stereo team as a Senior Installation Specialist, where he will focus on system design, sales, service and technical operations  within the Client Services group.   With over two decades of expertise within the industry,  Marcoccia has worked with multimillion-dollar residential and commercial projects that include leading edge high-end home theatres, automation and security systems. 

John Jacobson has joined World Wide Stereo’s client services group as the System Integration Specialist, where he will manage quality control for all custom installations within the Client Services division and will also serve as a Lead Installer.

Jacobson will also concentrate on training for the installation and automation departments, collaborating with system designers to incorporate innovative systems as well as to integrate new technology into existing projects.

In his role, Jacobson will focus on improving efficiencies, techniques and enhancing the overall customer experience.  Widely recognized for his accomplishments and expertise within the CE Industry, Jacobson has spent the past several years as a trainer and system designer for premier automation manufacturers that include Savant Systems and Élan.
