At Harcum College's annual Homecoming Craft Fair & Family Day on Saturday, October 22, Merion resident Marvin Levitties was recognized for his commitment to Harcum College.

Levitties, former Harcum faculty member in the Retail Merchandising Department, received the Harcum’s Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest honor given by the Alumni Association. Levitties has demonstrated steadfast commitment and loyalty to Harcum for more than 40 years through his teaching, leadership and generous financial support. He continues to serve the Harcum community as a trustee and through the Jean S. Levitties Scholarship Fund, which he established in memory of his late wife, who led the social work program at Harcum.
