After twenty years of dedicated service to the Lower Merion Library System, Ardmore Library's head librarian, Peggy Newman, has retired. To offer library patrons, volunteers and community members the opportunity to say "thank you" as well as to welcome new head librarian Jane Quin, Ardmore's Board of Trustees is hosting a celebration to be held on Sunday, September 26th from 2—4 PM at the Library Processing Center, 104 Ardmore Avenue in Ardmore (directly across the parking lot from the Ardmore Library.)

Jane Quin began her employment with the Township in 2000 as a Reference Librarian at Ludington Library. In addition to her employment with Lower Merion, Jane has worked for Pennsylvania State University and Radnor Township as a Reference and Young Adult Librarian.

"We hope many will attend the party on September 26th to extend a fond farewell to Peggy and warm welcome to Jane," noted Lenore Forsted, LMLS Board Member.
